There are two ways for you to get your La Ladrillera products.
1. Store pickup
You can personally pick up your order at our store, “La Ladrillera“, located in Calle Miguel Dasso 126, Store 210, Centro Comercial Sausalito, San Isidro, only if you made your purchase and ordered the store pickup option through our WhatsApp channel +51 920 173 170
2. Delivery Service
(a) Express / Same-day
Delivery service available Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm (last order reception time). Deliveries until 9:00 pm. Orders placed past 6:00 pm will be delivered the next business day. Service will be provided within 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) of our Miguel Dasso store in San Isidro. For off-limits locations we suggest considering our store pickup option or contracting other readily available citywide courier and delivery services. On Sundays and holidays, orders will be delivered the next business day.
Service limited to one (01) pickup/delivery
Shipments will be made within a maximum period of five (05) hours, including pickup and delivery of the package after the order was placed in our system. (En la sección Q&A dice que la orden express es de 4 horas)
The above stated conditions do not apply to foreign and far away locations, and to special dates/holydays such as:
• Valentine’s Day (February 14)
• Office Secretary’s Day (April 26)
• Mother’s Day (2nd Sunday of May)
• Father’s Day (3rd Sunday of June)
• Christmas Eve (December 23 and 24)
• New Year’s Eve (December 31)
For these dates we recommend placing your orders at least 48 hours in advance. There is no delivery schedule, products will be delivered during the course of the day, depending on the time they were placed, or the next available day. On these occasions, we recommend requesting delivery of orders one or two days prior the desired date, due to backlog of orders placed in those festivities. For that reason, La Ladrillera cannot guarantee same-day delivery of orders during the holidays, as stocks may also eventually and temporarily deplete due to our customers’ prerogative to exchange purchased goods for other available ones of their choice which are already scheduled for delivery on that day or the next business day.
b. Scheduled (on available dates and times)
The ranges for scheduled delivery, Monday through Saturday, are as follows:
• Schedule 1: 09:00 am to 1:00 pm
• Schedule 2: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
• Schedule 3: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
c. Regular (1 to 3 business days)
• Delivery times for this service are: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
We do not normally provide delivery of orders on Sundays and holidays. However, if required, delivery service can be provided on Sundays and holidays, although that entails additional surcharges billed to the customer.
On Sundays and holidays all transportation costs are subject to a 100% surcharge.
In case of a customer’s no show at the moment and location of delivery, the purchased goods will be returned to our warehouse and a new shipment of the order will be scheduled for the next available time or day. In cases like this, the customer will have to pay for any further delivery attempts of the order.
We provide only one (01) delivery service to the same address per order. The customer must request as many orders as addresses for delivery.
