Is it safe to use my credit card at www.laladrillera.com.pe?

Yes, the data you enter in our website, including credit card information, is transmitted in encrypted form via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol, which guarantees the confidentiality of your information.

Additionally, credit card payments are analyzed by an anti-fraud engine, which reviews the characteristics of each transaction in order to determine a probability of fraud. If the fraud risk is low, the card will be charged. A manual verification may be performed for specific cases, where the system will contact the issuing bank to authorize the purchase transaction and charge the card. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

It is also worth mentioning that secure transactions are supported by the PCI DSS certification  granted to our payment gateway operator, Culqi, a certification granted only to businesses that comply with the data security standard for the credit card industry, guaranteeing the protection and integrity of cardholders’ data.

Can I pay with international credit cards?

Yes, you just need to enter the international credit card information in the payment form.

Can I pay for my purchases with more than one credit or debit card?

No. At the moment it is only possible to pay with one credit or debit card per purchase. You can use different credit or debit cards for future purchases, but on each transaction you will be allowed to pay with only one card.

What do I do if my card payment does not work?

First, check that all the information you have entered is correct, that your credit/debit card is valid, and has sufficient funds.. If the problem persists, contact your credit/debit card provider (bank) and verify if there is a problem with your account or card. Occasionally, the bank may reject a purchase in error.

Why has my order been cancelled?

There may be different reasons for which an order may be cancelled, among them are:

  • We were unable to contact you to confirm your order
  • You did not make the payment within the established time 
  • The payment transaction was rejected by the bank 
  • We could not find you at the delivery address
  • There were some issues pertaining the delivery of your order and we were unable to contact you and let you know about this 

If you already made a payment, but your order was cancelled, you won’t be charged for this purchase. Upon taking notice of any order cancellation, we will automatically make a record of this and will promptly notify you of your order’s cancellation. Nevertheless, you can always contact us regarding any trouble with your order, and we will get back to you on that shortly afterwards. Once an order is cancelled, we proceed with the refund process as pertains to your payment method, in accordance with the policies and procedures established by both your credit/debit card issuer (bank) and La Ladrillera.

You can always place a new order, if you desire so, after having your previous order cancelled. When an order is cancelled, some special discounts or rewards used in the purchase of that order may also be cancelled, as they may no longer apply to a following order. Why was my credit card declined?

Your credit/debit card may be declined for any of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card has not exceeded its validity date.
  • You may have reached your card limit. Check with your bank; it may be that the purchase you wish to make exceeds the credit limit or the amount allowed for your card.
  • Some of the information you have entered is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the required fields.

Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?

Yes, prior to confirming your purchase, you must state whether you require a sales receipt or an invoice for that purchase, then fill out any requested information as follows, and continue with the purchase process. According to current legislation, invoices can only be issued to active RUC* holders, registered with the national revenue service, SUNAT.

*RUC – Taxpayers code

Keep in mind that we are electronic receipt and invoice issuers; therefore, all sales receipts and invoices will be sent to the e-mail address you provide, which must be correctly written and submitted.

How can I change my billing information?

Please note that once the electronic receipt or invoice has been issued, you can no longer change your billing information. However, for future purchases, log in and go to ‘Address List’. There you can edit your saved billing and/or shipping addresses or enter new ones.

To add a new address, you must create an identifier, such as “Office”, “Home”, etc. Be sure to click the ‘save’ button to save your changes.

How can I be sure that I have made the right purchase?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at atencionalcliente@laladrillera.com.pe or call us at +511 684 6797.

Can I delete an item I have already selected?

Yes, in your Shopping Bag you can delete the items you have selected and no longer want, as long as you have not placed the order.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is on its way, you will no longer be able to cancel it. However, if you are not satisfied with any of our products or would like to get a different product instead, you can contact us at atencionalcliente@laladrillera.com.pe or call us at +511 411 6804 to find out the best possible solution for this situation. 

Does La Ladrillera ship all over Peru?

At the moment we only ship our products within the metropolitan area of Lima, but it is in our short-term plans to ship orders to other regions of the country. If we find any issue regarding a shipping address that exceeds the range of our delivery service, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know about this and find an alternative shipping address or else have the purchase goods sent for pick it up at our store located at Av. Miguel Dasso 126, Store 210, Sausalito Shopping Center, San Isidro.

Remember that all shipments have a transportation cost that will be included in the total amount to be paid for your purchase.

Does La Ladrillera deliver outside Peru?

No. Currently we only ship within the metropolitan area of Lima. You can make purchases worldwide through our website at http://laladrillera.com.pe, but your order can only be delivered within the city of Lima.

Can I choose a date and time for the delivery of my product?

Since we have an automatic delivery system, the order will be sent as soon as the purchase is made or at the most, the next day. You can choose any one of the 3 types of delivery service we offer:

  1. The express order arrives in no later than 4 hours (Nombres de los tipos de servicio en cursiva/itálica)
  2. the scheduled order has 3 delivery times, which are: (a) 9 am to 1 pm, (b) 1 pm to 5 pm, and (c) 5 pm to 9 pm. (Nombres de los tipos de servicio en cursiva/itálica)
  3. We also have the regular order that can arrive in a range of 9 am to 9 pm the next day. We do not deliver on Sundays. (Nombres de los tipos de servicio en cursiva/itálica)

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, you can pick up your order in person at Av. Miguel Dasso 126, Store 210, Centro Comercial Sausalito, San Isidro.  Just come to our store with your proof of purchase or your ID to pick up your order.

What do I do if my order has not arrived?

If your order does not arrive, please consider the following recommendations:

  • Make sure you have received the order confirmation email 
  • You can also log in from our Online Store and go to the ‘Locate your order’ section to check the status of your order
  • If you believe there is a delay and your order has not yet been delivered, you can contact us at atencionalcliente@laladrillera.com.pe or call us at +511 684 6797 
  • Write to us at atencionalcliente@laladrillera.com.pe or call us at 6846797 giving us the details of your order. We will be happy to assist you and inform you about the status of your order 

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

La Ladrillera only sells products of the best quality and in perfect conditions. Should you exceptionally receive an item with any kind of damage, please contact us immediately at atencionalcliente@laladrillera.com.pe or call us at 4116804.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item, not the one I ordered?

If by mistake in your order you receive another item and not the one you requested, please contact us at atencionalcliente@laladrillera.com.pe or call us at +511 684 6797. 

If I return the product, do I have to pay any cost involved?

Yes, the return shipping cost will be charged.

What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
